Dear Beings of Consciousness,
As February warms to a close, and the summer of March is well and truly with us, we invite you to step forward. Commit. Engage even more.
We are a few weeks away from one of the biggest events on the calendar. International Women’s Day. The theme: #InspireInclusion #Investinwomen #AccelerateProgress
We thought about this and wondered: What does it mean to “inspire” inclusion and accelerate progress?
And then, we watched this short video
Believe us. We have had this little voice in our head too.
That told us to keep quiet when someone told us we aren’t good enough.
That little voice that told us to adopt silence on the bus.
The little voice that reduced our own voice instead of questioning stereotypes.
The little voice that said we are different. We didn’t matter.
We keep that little voice hidden. It trembles, shivers, and whispers in our head. But here’s why we are here still.
We told ourselves to not still that voice. We told ourselves that even the faintest whisper can drown that little voice, can echo in ripples the changes we need.
So, today, if we are here, it’s because we aren’t listening to that little voice anymore.
We are here to #InspireInclusion and to support YOU.
To say that every voice matters.
And when we are all heard, that’s when we bring in inclusive change.
So, here we are. This month’s newsletter is not just a set of resources. This is an invitation to be a catalyst for meaningful change. To participate in a collective movement.
