I am stressed, I am not sure what to do?

Feeling like this

Please remember you are not alone. What you may be going through will pass, as long as you break some bad habits and realign what is important to you.

  1. Cut down on social media, i.e spending hours scrolling through meaningless garbage
  2. Go through a period to have at least 5 days of early nights i.e 9PM bed time, but here is the difficult part, no phone, TV, tablet (Technology) for at least 30 mins before sleep! Pick up a book and read for the last 30 mins then bed! and yes it can be a book about technology/social media 😁😀 try to make it meaningful though i.e if you want to become wealthy or healthier get a book on people that have transformed their lives
  3. When was the last time you took time off.... no not to go to the doctors or see your kids in the school play! actual time off, they say you should have 3 days off every 12 weeks, be selfish on those three days off and take time to enjoy what makes "you happy"
  4. Get out of any toxic situations i.e. work/job, friends, partner etc.
  5. Be grateful for what you have right now!! I woke up from my bed, so.. I am grateful for waking up in a bed, I got up and had a shower, guess... what I am grateful for having legs and being able to walk, I am grateful for having a shower in my home and so on.

Life/work/time seems to be moving faster then ever before so start taking control of what you can control.
