🔮 What advice Jon had for future HR leaders:
“We've always believed that reducing bias helps make better decisions. Fair hiring and great hiring go hand in hand. By reducing bias and focusing on a structured process, you not only make fairer decisions but also hire better talent."
"When organizations realize that hiring isn’t just an administrative task but a strategic function, they approach it differently. Building a structured hiring process not only makes hiring more efficient but also helps you consistently hire the best people, which becomes a competitive advantage."

2moBravo on highlighting the spam related to talent acquisition and hiring. More HR Tech can execute a Secure By Design foundation and include tools like MFA in their apply processes to reduce no just spam but also bad cyber actors looking to release malware or ransomware. AI can offer protective service and sounds like Greenhouse is on its way to thinking larger and broader.
