How to find one ...!

Leadership, I spend 2 hours daily on Linkedin, and read almost 2 books every month. I am sure your experience would not be different then mine or anyone else spending time on Linkedin, You get lots of cut outs and Posts on Leadership & Leaders. What they do, How they are different from other, What difference they make in our lives, How they are the Key for long term success etc. etc. etc.

And no doubt, reading those Post really give us good feeling and making us happy inside. I am sure this will keep going on and on...

I am sure, there is no problem here, But there is one problem. "How to find Good Leaders or How to find People having Leadership Qualities". I always comment on those Post "How to find one", Authors of the Post, do like my comment, But no one put words to my curiosity. That's why I am writing this Article. But Please don't expect I have the answer to the QUESTION, as I don't ....

All I am trying to make people do some critical thinking in this direction. which I think our society needs. By now we all know what good leadership is about...
