Helping a community of renters rebuild into a flourishing community of homeowners

Were you impacted by the ‪#‎ValleyFire‬ or have you considered relocating to Lake County? Are you seeking low cost ways to rebuild along with other programs to assist with your down payment? I am super excited about an event I am hosting to help a community of renters rebuild into a flourishing community of homeowners. Many people impacted by the #ValleyFire are still transitioning, while others are seeking to move to the area, therefore I teamed up to educate the people about the issues surrounding the land contamination and other insurance and lending concerns the area is facing. Our goal is to help ensure everyone has access to the tools and resources available to assist them to build a financial plan to become homeowners, learn the benefits of home ownership and ensure they have a smooth transaction.

This event is not only for the people who were impacted by the fires, it is also for people seeking to relocate to the area and purchase or build a home. We are hosting an event in late April in Middletown and another in Santa Rosa in May. I will send out more info in a Facebook event soon, in the meantime contact me for more info.
