HAPPY 2022

Can you imagine Barcelona without the most wonderful Sagrada Familia - the cathedral built with dedication, light and love?

About one year ago a massive star was added to Barcelona's icon crowning what will be the second largest tower when the cathedral will be finished one day in the future. Since then a great luminous star has changed Barcelona's skyline and rises up to bring light and hope. What a symbol in these days!

Construction on La Sagrada Família began in 1882 but halted when Antoni Gaudi, the chief architect and mastermind behind the building's unique look, died. What is really stunning is that he was embracing his followers building according to his master plan since 96 years. He encouraged them to use latest technology and their unique style to complete the building – and so they went ahead and came up with stunning ideas bringing the “art nouveau concept” forward into our world. Generations have passed by – but the idea is as fresh and powerful as 100 years ago.

From my perspective success follows after a long way of dedication. And if every person on this planet would be encouraged to follow their heart’s desire – What a world we could live in!

This is not something that happens to us passively and by chance, something we fall into, something that strikes us arrow-like. It’s rather a skill attained through the same deliberate practice as any other pursuit of human excellence.

In my 2020 message I mentioned a lot of movement in my networks. Employees and companies questioned the value of the quarterly reports and focus on long-term growth potential. Quite a number of people were stepping out of their careers. They were founding new companies, were focusing on personal growth or even started a new profession from scratch. It seems that the wind of change is blowing and we wake up and start to see - and act accordingly...

Next year it will be up to me to step out of my current business and go on with fresh courage to a new destinies – let’s see what life has in store for me 😊
