GDPR – CCPA; I beg upon EU Citizens to share your experiences in requesting “Right of Erasure” from Social medias like “Facebook”, “Google”. What can we in the USA expect with CCPA? Basic on your experiences. Please answer these questions;

1.      Do they have a mechanism to request your GDPR Regulatory Rights?

a.      Phone? Email?

b.      Website? Others?

2.      Once submitted, do you get a confirm they received it?

3.      Has anyone received confirmation your request was fulfilled?

4.      Have they sent you a copy of what was removed?

5.      Was it only Personal Data?

6.      Was any of it Biometrics, such as pictures or personal objects?

7.      Was if office docs, pdf files?

8.      Are you getting confirmation and proof in the allowed 30 days?

9.       Anything else to add?

Since I would rather not at this time fly to the EU and many Americans (awaiting 49 states to have such laws by year end) I am seeking what our expectations and realities may be, based on your realities.

Please reply with a short comment so we in the States and your fellow US Citizens know what and how the Social medias and even companies like Walmart, Starbucks, Pharmacies (Walgreens / Both) Banks and others are handling your GDPR Rights?
