To make this analysis possible and easy to follow, we have first worked to group the key leadership capabilities into 4 main clusters building on a wealth of research available about the topic and regrouping different frameworks in one that we hope is immediately evident and therefore easy to understand. 

By grouping these leadership capabilities into homogeneous ensembles, we can now proceed with a comprehensive analysis of the evolution of essential leadership capabilities.

We will examine each cluster individually, breaking down the changes that have occurred at the level of its components. This analysis will provide valuable insights into the transformative journey of leadership capabilities over time.
