Genpact, a global professional services and solutions firm, has announced a multi-year Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) with Amazon Web Services (AWS). The SCA aims to accelerate AI adoption and empower business leaders across functions to harness its potential. HCLTech, a global technology company, has announced a new collaboration with Google Cloud Security that aims to provide AI-driven Managed Detection and Response (MDR) solutions that help enterprises respond to cyber threats. As part of the collaboration, HCLTech's UMDR (Universal Managed Detection and Response) service will leverage Google Cloud Security and HCLTech's Fusion Platform to deliver proactive threat detection and effective threat response that helps businesses stay ahead of emerging risks.
Informatica Unveils Blueprints for Enterprise GenAI Apps
Informatica, an enterprise AI-powered cloud data management company, has announced a broad innovation agenda that addresses its generative AI, Open Table, and analytics capabilities built on AWS. With these capabilities, customers can build and deploy a new generation of generative AI and analytics applications. Other additions include blueprints for enterprise-grade GenAI applications and automation recipes for Amazon Bedrock, a fully managed service that provides a single API to access and utilize various high-performing foundation models (FMs) from leading AI companies.
PwC and AWS Detail Their New Collaboration Agreement
PwC also announced its strategic collaboration agreement with Amazon Web Services (AWS), which will focus on driving industry innovation with the latest advancements in cloud and generative AI (GenAI) services. The collaboration, announced at re:Invent, combines PwC's industry insights with AWS' generative AI services, including Amazon Bedrock. PwC will also integrate Amazon Bedrock Automated Reasoning checks into its existing industry solutions. Sage Introduces New Tools and Updates to Sage Intacct
Sage—an accounting, financial, HR, and payroll technology provider for small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs)—has announced that Sage Copilot is now available to early adopters in the US and UK on Sage Intacct. Sage Copilot is an AI-driven tool designed to help accounting and finance teams with tasks such as highlighting budget variances, providing trustworthy answers to how-to questions, and more. Additionally, Sage has released several other updates to its Sage Intacct platform, including enhanced features for the Sage Intelligent Time tool, improvements to language accessibility, expanded developer capabilities with REST API, and new industry solutions with Continental Utility integration.
Veeam Unveils New Enterprise Data Protection Capabilities
Veeam Software, a data resilience software provider, has announced the availability of Veeam Data Platform v12.3. This release covers three objectives for enterprises: protecting identity and access management with support for backing up Microsoft Entra ID, powering proactive threat analysis with Recon Scanner and Veeam Threat Hunter, and utilizing Generative AI to deliver more intelligent protection of enterprise data with advanced reporting powered by Veeam Intelligence.
