Email overflow

Addressing email overflow without losing important messages can be challenging, but it is possible with the right strategies.

One approach is to prioritize emails based on their urgency and importance, using tools like labels, filters, and flags to help manage the inbox.

Additionally, setting boundaries and being intentional about when and how often you check email can reduce the number of messages you receive.

It's also important to communicate with colleagues about expectations for email response times and use alternative forms of communication, such as instant messaging or phone calls, when appropriate.

Taking regular breaks from email and disconnecting completely during non-work hours can help avoid burnout and improve overall productivity.

Don't let anyone tell you that it's not possible.
