Don't forget to open your gifts!
All gifts are wrapped in problems... and the bigger the problem the bigger the gift.
We all have problems or challenges but there is always one that’s bigger than all the rest….. What is your current greatest, mistake/challenge.? It was sent to you to teach you a specific lesson. Here is the approach to turn the riddle into the gift.
When you encounter a major setback, loss or challenge sit down and write down the 12 to 20 different lessons you have learned from the perceived failure. Learn to think on paper. The key is most people avoid their problems and never find the gift. Take your challenges head on!
1. First start by declaring I am responsible. Regardless if you caused it technically or not this will bring you calmness and control and take you away from the LOSER position of blaming others.
2. Become Solution orientated. Always have more than one option for every situation. Start looking for answers, become a road block remover, problem solver!
3. Reprogram your mind. Tell yourself as you attack your problem
"No matter what happens I will not quit, No matter what happens I will solve this problem, No matter what I will like myself, No matter what happens I will find an answer, No matter what I will never give up. This will condition your brain. No matter what I will never stop believing in myself. No matter what I will not devalue my self."
Persistence is the value word!
