Do you run the day - or does the day run you?
The other day I shared my 'end-of-day' screen. Well, below is how it looks at the start of the day. Why am I sharing this? 🤔
However you manage your tasks, prioritising them is where the impact happens. 🔥
If we have a to-do list, chances are we'll work through it from top to bottom.
When we do that (without thinking about the relationship between the priority of the tasks - and the time of day we do them) we'll often simply cross off at the top, and add to the bottom. 👎🏻
You can either sort your actions into order at the start of each day - Great move! ✅
Or - even better - with task management software, the app can do it for you.

1️⃣ Tasks in my 'Power 3' priorities, or those I do first in the day
2️⃣ Routine tasks that I do during the day
3️⃣ Tasks for the end of the day wrap-up
4️⃣ Lower-level tasks, that can be done any time, usually routine, not earth-shattering if I miss one or two a day (there are about 15 of these today - you don't need to see 'em all!!)
