Data Privacy Event: Colorado Privacy and AI Legislation in 2024
Join members of Husch Blackwell’s Data Privacy team, the Denver KnowledgeNet Chapter of the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals, the Future of Privacy Forum, and the Colorado Technology Law Journal for an in-person reception and discussion of the 2024 legislative priorities of Colorado policymakers related to privacy and artificial intelligence. These include SB41 (children’s privacy), HB1130 (biometric privacy), HB1058 (sensitive data), and other forthcoming bills on AI and social media.
