Costa Farms College & Career Recap

Our Talent Acquisition team always enjoys the opportunity to connect with college students, and this fall season we've been networking both on campus and virtually with many talented individuals. These are just a few of the highlights in our college & career visits:

• August Plant Drop at Cornell University. Nearly 200 students showed up to interact with our team, and our plants were distributed in a record time of 10 minutes!

• September Career Fair at University of Florida. In addition to networking with many students, we greatly enjoyed connecting with the UF faculty and staff, and look forward to our future partnerships.

• September/October Career Fairs at Clemson University and Auburn University. The students loved interacting with our experienced team members and aesthetic booth, where many stopped to take pictures. Costa Farms is considered a "booth of choice" at Clemson and Auburn!

• October Career Fair at Virginia Tech. This was our first visit to VT, and we were very well received by many students who recognized our brand and expressed interest in gaining hands-on experience with commercial growing.

• October/November Resume Building Workshop and Plant Drop at Florida International University. Students reported that our sessions were very informative and asked many questions about our internship opportunities for 2025.

• November 2025 Summer Internship Program Webinar. A panel of Costa Farms team members shared their perspectives as a former intern, or former intern manager, answering several FAQs as well as live questions from the audience. • Costa DR Earlier this year, our Talent Acquisition team members in the Dominican Republic visited a circuit of career fairs hosted by national and international universities such as Universidad ISA and EAP Zamorano, conducting interviews and networking with rising graduates both on campus and virtually.
