Contest! Recruiter AMA!

Contest! Recruiter AMA!

Why am I bothering you on the weekend? Good question!

This week's upcoming issue of Jobseeking is Hard will be a Recruiter AMA, and I need you to ask me anything you want about recruiters!

Recruiter content absolutely floods your LinkedIn feed. "Dear Recruiter" posts are great for engagement...but that's about it. And if I see that King Charles meme one more time I'm going to lose it 😅

Ask me anything about recruiters. I've been a recruiter for more than 20(!) years, and I know what goes on behind the curtain. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "AMA" by Monday May 22, 8am EST. I'll pick the best questions to answer in Wednesday's issue.

WHAT'S THIS ABOUT A CONTEST?!?

I'm giving away 5 1-month Premium newsletter subscriptions!

Premium subscribers get additional content, such as extra tips & advice, access to previous issues, and exclusive answers to Premium reader-submitted questions (when available). Also, as a one-time bonus, you'll receive an additional 20 job search tips emailed to you within 20 days. That's right...in addition to the weekly newsletter, you will receive extra jobseeking tips: Top Job Search Mistakes.

How To Enter-

All you have to do is be subscribed to the email version of Jobseeking is Hard (not the LinkedIn version) and visit this website to enter:

http://www.rafflecopter.com/rafl/display/570e477f15/

Winners will be randomly chosen Wednesday May 24 before the next issue goes out. You'll be notified by email and your account will automatically be upgraded.

Want extra chances to win?

You can have additional contest entries by liking, sharing, and commenting on this post. And if commenting, none of that "cfbr" stuff...that's cheating ;) I want to know what you like or find helpful about the newsletter. Why? I want *others* to know how it can help!

Good luck!

And if you haven't read it yet, be sure to check out the latest issue of Jobseeking is Hard. It's gotten great feedback, or in the words of one subscriber's email- "just want to say, this is all sooooo goooood."

Enjoy the weekend! And if working on the job search, remember to schedule your time and take breaks...it's easier to prevent burnout than to recover from it.

Not gonna lie…kinda disappointed in the amount of people who submitted bonus entries in the contest and didn’t actually do the things needed for the bonus entry to count. It takes time to put stuff together to try and help people and I think it’s kinda shitty when people take advantage.
