Client Description:
Our client is an international player in the FMCG & Consumer Goods sector, employing approximately 200 people across several locations in Lithuania, including a presence in Vilnius.
We are looking for an Interim CEO / Interim GM to take over full P&L responsibility and drive the company through a transition after the sudden departure of the CEO.
Job Challenge:
• Take over full responsibility for ±200 employees and the corresponding P&L
• Ensure business continuity after the sudden departure of the CEO
• Lead and motivate the existing sales, marketing, and admin team
• Act as a single point of contact for key-account clients
• Communicate regularly with the HQ
• Drive continuous focus on transparency, governance, and profit generation
Manager Skills:
• 5-10 years of experience as General Manager, CEO, or Managing Director
• Solid track record in FMCG, Consumer Goods
• Broader understanding of Finance and Sales Management
• Experience in an international working environment
• Previous sales and marketing / key-account management experience
• Negotiation skills
• Lithuanian and English are a must
Requirement 01: General Management skills including sales experience
Requirement 02: Binary Integrity with high governance standards
Requirement 03: FMCG, Retail Experience
