To help newcomers get “under the skin of” Essence we arranged three Essence Exploration Days with leaders from 15 very well-known companies. These days were very successful. Many of the participating companies are now engaged in various degrees of Essence adoption.
This one-day course is a shortened version of a three-day course also titled ‘Better Scrum through Essence’. It was not just about Scrum, but Scrum was used as an example. We have created two more opportunities to participate in an Essence Exploration Day, the 15th of September or the 20th of September. We require good motivations for attending, but the course is free. From each company we invite a champion and a sponsor, both leaders in different ways. In exceptional cases it is acceptable for only one of these leaders participate, but it has clearly been demonstrated that you get most value by being a pair.
