"The best kept secret of Sweden"

The last couple of years have been quite a journey for me. Not only a traveling journey but also one of experiences, learning and growing professionally. Learning about new cultures that are so differentiated, within Europe, per country and sometimes even per region. Adapting to these cultures and sometimes very local traditions of doing business, felt comfortable to me. A journey of learning about how to coach and make my teams grow professionally, and about software solutions that make companies operate more efficient. You might say, I was where I was supposed to be. Then a new opportunity and journey emerged, and I stepped on that train as I left a station that already felt so comfortable.

Most of you already know I joined the Swedish company "Configura" in June of this year, and I feel honored to be part of " The best kept secret of Sweden" in the world of Digital Transformation and high intelligent configurable solution's.

With this step I became part of what Configura calls "The community of Configurans" and what an amazing company culture I am experiencing. A company with a strong believe to contribute to better world and more efficient usage of the earths resources. And on the other hand bringing company's ahead of their competition, contributing to personal growth of employees in imagining possibilities. Every day we are challenged to explore the possibilities of our solutions, and together with our customers and partners making the solutions even better.

It all starts with an idea and stepping out of a comfort zone, like I stepped out of my comfort zone when I joined Configura. Sometimes we don't know what the end point of our journey will be, but it is the journey itself that is so amazing and will open possibilities we can't yet imagine.
