Becoming the VP of Marketing at Faith Driven Entrepreneur

I'm excited to announce that I've recently been offered and accepted the role of VP of Marketing at Faith Driven Entrepreneur/Faith Driven Investor and share a bit about what this means in my world and maybe yours as well!

This opportunity feels like a collision of my greatest passions all in one: Jesus, Entrepreneurship & Digital Marketing!

I had the privilege of having a front row seat watching Justin Forman build a rocket ship at RightNow Media as we were their second customer at Community Bible Church and the platform was so valuable for our church and online ministry. I've since watched and been blessed by the newest rocket ship that Justin has been building alongside Henry Kaestner & the incredible team they have brought together behind their collective of brands (Faith Driven Entrepreneur/Faith Driven Investor/Solving the World's Greatest Problems/Halftime). I've been humbled that they would first consider me & now empower me with this role tasked to drive and amplify the marketing efforts for the movement moving forward.

I'm pumped to say the least!

If you've followed me for long, you might be asking what this means for my roles at Dunham+Company & Amplify Social Media.

I'll address Amplify first.

I started Amplify Social Media about 12 years ago as side hustle. I wanted to serve a handful of ministries with social media best practices in an affordable way. Our first client was Nick Vujicic who set a foundation for so many additional partners along the way and far greater impact than I could have ever dreamed.

The company in many ways outgrew the vision that I had as a side hustle business with now more than 20 full-time employees and supporting incredible ministries and small businesses all over the world. I'm so grateful to have my friend D.K. Hammonds B.S, CSM come alongside our business over the past year and most recently step into the role of CEO moving forward.

I will maintain ownership of the business and support the efforts of Amplify with the same mission of providing great social media support primarily focused on ministries at an affordable rate, but I'm grateful to have found a leader in DK who is ready to grow the business without my having to be involved day to day. Hint: look for some exciting new opportunities coming out of Amplify in the first quarter of 2025!

When it comes to Dunham+Company, it's really pretty simple: nothing changes. I will still function as the Chief Strategist of Social Media + Innovation for our incredible ministry partners owning my role as running ahead of our clients and keeping them on the cutting edge of emerging technology and marketing trends.

I know this isn't normal, these are 2 more than full-time roles. Truth is, I've never really functioned well in normal 😀. But I am confident that it is right and God's fingerprints are all over this development.

I'm so grateful for outside of the box leaders like Justin Forman and Trent Dunham who are willing to function beyond traditional business norms and allow me to apply my gifts and energies to these two organizations with my whole heart.

So often when we think of work, we think of doing this or that; but I'm grateful in this season to not have to choose. I'm believing that this abnormal equation might translate to a 1+1=3 equation as I'm getting to work with 2 organizations that are focused on helping others expand the Kingdom in innovative ways!

All this to say that I'm stepping into 2025 with great excitement and expectation!
