Beacon Management Services expands into Nashville, TN and Jacksonville, FL markets

Expanding our footprint into Nashville and Jacksonville is a result of careful planning and timing.  Our Jacksonville business is thriving and is now in its third year.  We recently penned an exclusive management relationship with a fast growing national, publicly traded builder/developer which has been a springboard to more regional business.  In the third quarter we added approximately 4,000 homes and condominiums to our portfolio, capping a great year of high double digit growth.

Nashville is an exciting growth market for our business and especially our business model.  Established, but not yet a mature market, timing plays a critical role in our expansion which we plan to parallel with Nashville's growth.  Customers are responding to our business model and we appreciate the relaxed, comfortable style of the upscale clients there.  We  like the juxtaposition of historic music row and the incredible expansion of The Gulch and its emerging and thriving in-town lifestyle offerings.

We occupy our new Nashville office space in January, 2016 as we occupy our new Atlanta office space in January near the Glenridge Connector.  We plan an open house for our clients, vendors and friends sometime in March 2015.  

Finally, we sadly say farewell to our longtime CFO Bruce Grant, who passed away in October.  Bruce was the consummate professional, funny and engaging friend and colleague who succumbed to pancreatic cancer after a valiant fight to beat it.  He could make a spreadsheet fun and that is a task only Bruce could pull off.  Our customers, friends and Beacon staff will miss him.
