Barrington James appoints Nicholas Sim as Managing Partner, Board and Executive Search for the Asia Pacific Region

Barrington James is excited to announce that after 5 amazing years of recruiting medical affairs professionals across Asia Pacific, Nicholas Sim has newly been appointed as a Managing Partner, for Asia Pacific in our well established Board & Executive Search division.

Since inception in 2016 Barrington James’ Executive Search team has helped transform biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device and service companies all around the world by placing the very best and most suited leaders time and time again. With 12 years of healthcare & life sciences expertise Nicholas has partnered closely with Fortune 100 companies as a trusted search partner. Nicholas will be part of the global executive search team alongside Simon Allsop R. Coalter Powers and Adam J. Bloomfield. This team are responsible for delivering retained mandates covering Board, SVP and Senior Executive appointments. Previously Nicholas led up the Barrington James APAC Medical Affairs Executive Search Practice within the region. During this period he successfully delivered more than 80 search mandates across Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Australia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia and Thailand. As a search expert he is adept in discovering niche in-market top talent, providing advisory on recruitment trends, organisational structures and succession planning.
