Introducing rich customer context in JSM for enhanced tailored support

Atlassian has launched an exciting new feature enabling easy access to customer information in Jira Service Management. Your customers and their organizations will now have dedicated profile pages with comprehensive detail fields. Join the new workflow editor's early access program

This EAP involves being part of a small group of admins who receive an early release of the new workflow editor.
