80 room 4-star hotel for Quality Hotel off site modular construction under way

MBS Modular Building Systems & The Axian Group are underway with building an off site constructed purpose designed 80 room 4-star hotel for Quality Hotel Rules Club Wagga. When the completed rooms are finished in the MBS Smithfield NSW factory they are then transported to Wagga for installation. This innovative method allows for a more consistent and higher quality finish compared to traditional construction methods. Off site modular construction delivers a 40-60% quicker project construction time, lower project costs and a quicker return on investment for the project.
