4 Productivity Rituals You Can Use To Achieve Your Goals

4 Productivity Rituals You Can Use To Achieve Your Goals

In today's world of constant distractions and busy schedules, it can be hard to stay focused and motivated. How do the high achievers make it look so easy?

We all want to be successful, but staying motivated and productive is hard when there are so many distractions. Trying to figure out how to structure your time and use it most effectively can be overwhelming.

Without any kind of structure or plan, you can find yourself constantly jumping from one task to another without making any real progress. You may feel like there's not enough time in the day and that your goals are impossible to reach.

High achievers know the importance of having rituals and routines that help them stay on track and make progress on their goals.

I've found that by incorporating rituals into my daily routine, I can train my mind to work more efficiently at certain times of the day.

Based on my past experiences, these are the rituals that have been extremely helpful:

1. Repeat this mantra every day:

"Thy will be done this day. Today is a day of completion. I give thanks for this perfect day. Miracle shall follow miracle and wonders shall never cease."

Having the right mindset is key to success, so start your day with an affirmation that helps you focus on what's important.

 2. Create a perfect morning routine:

Start your day with activities that clear your mind and give you focus. Maybe that means going for a walk, having coffee or tea while reading the paper, meditating, or journaling.

 3. Understand your priorities and take action accordingly:

Identify the tasks that will help you make progress towards your goals and focus on those first. You don't have to do everything at once – break your tasks down into smaller chunks and take them one at a time.

I recommend using The Pomodoro Technique- a revolutionary time management system that is deceptively simple to learn, but life-changing when applied correctly.

It’s simple:

1) Choose a task;

2) Set a timer for 25 minutes;

3) Work on your task until the timer rings, then put a checkmark on a tracker;

4) Take a five minute break (you just completed your first Pomodoro!); then

5) Repeat steps 1-4 three more times, followed by a 15 minute break.

4. Stay present to how you feel and master yourself.

Taking into account your mood and energy when prioritizing tasks is also important! This way, you no longer have to do anything just because you “have to.” When your physical energy is low, you can work on your health and wellness. When your emotional energy is low, find something that makes you happy.

We all have the same 24 hours in a day – the trick is to use that time most effectively. By setting up rituals and routines, you can stay motivated and focused so you can make real progress on your goals.

Mr. Chris, I wanted to reach out to you and Ms. Jen individually to say what I feel is a powerful message after this week's sessions. I have been to many sessions before, but none has compared to your presentation. It will take me weeks to unpack and familiarize myself with this new knowledge. I thank you and support you guys. If I were in a better financial situation, it would be a dream of mine to be in your Masterminds sessions; maybe in the months to come, my fortunes will increase. I am new to this game but am making huge strides as I continue to grow and learn the art form necessary to be great at this profession. After last year, my wife was diagnosed with two brain tumors, and it woke me up. I have been going extra fast to find a way to fill the gaps with her having to leave her job. It also made me want to give back more to people with problems. I have a wellness and mental well-being website, and I post videos on YouTube and social media. I am determined and aim to pass on my message of 'Turn a Mess into a Message.' I am humbled to be able to write this to you and look forward to the rest of the week. Being with you guys, it makes me feel I have come home. Thank You, Mike Ransier
