By 2025, AI is expected to handle 95% of customer chats and calls—so seamlessly that people won’t even know they’re talking to a bot! And think of how Augmented Reality (AR) enables customers to virtually try on clothes, making them feel way more confident about hitting the “buy” button. Or how Virtual Reality (VR) lets them test out your latest gadget like they’re holding it in their hands— increasing the chances of a purchase.
