A big thank you to the School for Social Entrepreneurs for Monday’s opportunity to meet more fantastic budding social entrepreneurs during another Zync-hosted marketing webinar! Through a range of courses and mentoring, the SSE has helped thousands of people develop the skills, strengths and networks needed when it comes to tackling society’s biggest problems. And now to round off the year, they’re asking for our input. This quick survey focuses on the barriers faced by nonprofits and how the organisation can continue to support the third sector. ⏰ It takes just 10 minutes. 🌱 You'll be contributing to the future of social enterprise. 🎁 But if that’s not enough, participants will be placed in a draw to win £100 worth of John Lewis vouchers! An opportunity not to be missed by anyone with nonprofit experience. You've got until December 18th: https://lnkd.in/ep-KskdC

Our mission is to create a fairer, more inclusive entrepreneurial landscape across the UK. Building the right networks is an important part of entrepreneurship, and we facilitate conversations between mentors and mentees to provide founders with the support they need at different stages of their entrepreneurial journey. This could be overcoming specific challenges or seeking more general advice. Our network of volunteers is crucial to this branch of our work. Each year, experts generously give their time to support entrepreneurs in our community. During 2022-2023, 91 volunteers gave their time as mentors and coaches for entrepreneurs. So this Volunteers Week, we want to highlight the valuable work of our volunteers, from participating in our end-of-programme Demo Days as friendly Dragons to providing one-on-one support to founders. As a charity, we rely on volunteers to assist our work and, most importantly, to help us have a significant impact on as many underrepresented founders across the UK as possible. #VolunteersWeek #Volunteering #Mentoring #Mentor #Coaching

🌟 Celebrating National Entrepreneurship Month 🌟 Entrepreneurship is about so much more than running a business—it’s about creating value, building opportunities, and giving back. As I reflect on my journey with No More Dust Maid Services, I’m filled with gratitude for what we’ve been able to achieve together. Here’s what entrepreneurship has looked like for us: ✨ Empowering People To date, we’ve proudly employed 20+ people of color, providing meaningful opportunities that allow them to contribute to our success while supporting their families. ✨ Giving Back Through our partnership with ★ Cleaning for a Reason ★, we’ve donated 50 free house cleanings to 25 patients undergoing cancer treatment—a small way to make life a little easier during challenging times. ✨ Serving Our Clients We’ve had the privilege of serving over 1,800 clients, not just by cleaning homes and businesses but by giving them back time, peace of mind, and one less thing to worry about. ✨ Collaborating Within the Community We’ve partnered with Black-owned businesses for merchandise and services, fostering collaboration and reinvesting in our community. ✨ Supporting Charities We’ve contributed to various organizations that serve underprivileged youth, ensuring we do our part to uplift the next generation. Entrepreneurship is a journey of impact, and I’m proud of how No More Dust Maid Services continues to grow while staying rooted in purpose and community. To my fellow entrepreneurs: Keep creating, keep innovating, and keep giving back. Together, we’re shaping a better future. #EntrepreneurshipMonth #EntrepreneurshipJourney #CommunityImpact #NoMoreDustMaidServices

If you told me 5 years ago that I would be an entrepreneur and running a non-alcoholic pop up bar I would’ve said you were crazy. To be honest, I wouldn’t have believed I was capable of it. Fast forward to today and I run @freelifellc and we are doing some pretty awesome stuff. Building a business pushed me to grow in some unexpected ways. Here’s what I’ve learned: 1. Done is better than perfect. 2. Don’t be afraid to be seen trying. 3. Be kind to yourself along the way. If you’ve built a small business, nonprofit or movement what are some things it’s taught you? #smallbusiness #smallwomanownedbusiness

Building Our Future, One Young Man at a Time Today, we took another powerful step toward shaping the future of our community by surprising a young man with his very own riding lawn mower. This is more than just a piece of equipment – it’s a seed of entrepreneurship, an opportunity to build a business, and a symbol of what can happen when we invest in our youth. At 1 MO Question Inc., we believe in empowering young men to take control of their futures by giving them the tools to succeed, one business at a time. We are committed to building up our boys, helping them avoid the pitfalls of early graves, life sentences, or doing nothing with their potential. This moment is just the beginning. We invite you to be part of the movement. Help us save our youth and create the entrepreneurs, leaders, and community builders of tomorrow. Donate today at 1MOQUESTIONINC.ORG , and together, we’ll shape a brighter future. #Entrepreneurship #YouthEmpowerment #1MOQuestionInc #BuildingOurFuture
