The 🇯🇵 Dining Experience In Japan, dining goes beyond the meal—it’s an experience crafted with attention to detail. Last night, we wandered into a hidden door under a new apartment complex and found ourselves in a 35-year-old restaurant. As is customary in traditional restaurants, we took off our shoes and followed the stone walls deeper into the place. When served each dish, no matter the size, was presented beautifully with care. Even the drinks had their own unique touch—cold sake served from bamboo, and hot sake poured from traditional flasks. 🍶 This level of presentation and service is what Japan expects.
