Everyone is looking for ways to “leverage AI” (contact center automation; personalization; marketing unlocks; enhancement of products and UX; fraud prevention; etc), which they should…but it’s vital to remember that it’s just as important to leverage AI all day, everyday. Invite it to the table constantly. AI-first companies will thrive and separate from the pack. The advantages are just too material, and compounding.
