Canada geese fly in V formation for several reasons: 1. Aerodynamic advantage: Flying in formation reduces wind resistance, allowing geese to conserve energy. 2. Improved visibility: The V shape allows geese to see each other and maintain communication. 3. Navigation: The lead goose guides the flock, while others follow, reducing navigation errors. 4. Predator avoidance: The formation makes it harder for predators to target individual geese. 5. Social bonding: Flying together strengthens social bonds within the flock. This iconic V formation is a remarkable display of teamwork and adaptation in nature. Watch this short video! https://lnkd.in/erHi-Qmp
