Here's why you can't afford NOT to play videos at your event... Video is visceral. And an event is one of the few times where you will have a captive audience. It's perfect for reinforcing your messaging. For instance, if you... 📽 Have a membership-based organization -- Demonstrate the value so more people want to join and the people you do have want to stay. 📽 Host an event for employees -- Share the vision so they are reminded what they’re working toward. 📽 Plan a fundraising event -- Highlight your impact and the significance of your mission so people feel compelled to donate. The point is, if someone is at your event, it’s for a reason. They’re not at their desk where something is buzzing or beeping or dinging, or in their car where they’re driving. They are there with you. And for that short window of time you can share with them exactly what you need them to know. Don’t waste the opportunity. #letsgo #eventvideo #visceral #eventplanners

Organizing a charity drive might seem overwhelming, but with the right steps, it can be a rewarding experience. Here are five actionable tips to get you started: 1/ Choose a Cause: Pick a cause that matters to you and your community. Whether it's collecting clothes, food, or books, make sure it’s something people are passionate about. 2/ Set a Clear Goal: Decide how much you want to collect or how many people you want to help. Having a clear, measurable goal keeps everyone motivated and focused. 3/ Create a Plan: Break down the tasks. Decide on the date, location, and duration of your drive. Assign roles to your team members – like marketing, collection, and distribution – to make sure everything runs smoothly. 4/ Promote Your Drive: Use social media, flyers, and word-of-mouth to spread the word. Be clear about what you’re collecting, why it’s important, and how people can help. Personal stories and visuals can make your message more compelling. 5/ Collect and Distribute: Set up collection points where people can drop off donations. Once you’ve gathered everything, organize and distribute the items to the beneficiaries. Make sure to thank everyone who contributed – appreciation goes a long way! Organizing a charity drive is a great way to make a tangible difference in your community. Follow these steps, and you'll be on your way to making a big impact! #CharityDrive #StudentVolunteers #WakeUpIndiaFoundation

"Avoid the Low budget clients" I used to think this was a bit harsh, aren't we supposed to help people? For us non institutional service providers I believe there is balance that should be struck between running a successful business and charity. Nellie Mpinganjira and I have bitterly learned this lesson in our writing business. If you have rightly priced your service, and researched your market, stay true to that otherwise you end up compromising on quality of service thereby hurting your brand image. I am learning from Kevin L. Brown brown everyday that its Brand First! #brandidentity #targetmarket

Community involvement is a powerful strategy for companies, offering a win-win scenario. It showcases dedication to the community, amplifies impact beyond individual efforts, and enhances brand reputation. Donating branded products on behalf of your company can further magnify this impact. Consider co-branding donor gifts to raise awareness for both the cause and your brand, or simply providing needed supplies. Additionally, for volunteer events, outfitting participants in branded company t-shirts helps the community recognize your brand's involvement. Remember to share event photos on social media to maximize exposure! 🌟 #CommunityInvolvement #BrandImpact #SocialResponsibility
