PSA: Thanksgiving is a perfect excuse to ask your past clients for testimonials. It won’t come off weird at all. I even wrote out a prompt for you… “Subject: A Small Favor This Holiday Season Hi [Client’s Name], As the holidays approach, we find ourselves reflecting on how fortunate we are to work with incredible people like you. Our business truy wouldn’t be the same without you, and we couldn’t be more grateful. This month we're focusing on gratitude in business and how it can be harnessed to help you succeed. If you take care of your employees and clients, they will help step up and care for your business and you can show you care not with a hastily thrown together pizza party after a forced march through the busy season but by practicing gratitude as a daily goal. #smallbusiness #businessadvice #businessowner #gratitude #managementinsights

As Thanksgiving approaches, it’s the perfect time to reflect on gratitude and the people who make our journey meaningful. In the fast-paced world of logistics, it’s easy to get caught up in deadlines, challenges, and constant movement. But when we pause, we see how much we have to be thankful for. To our customers, thank you for trusting us with your freight and your business. Your partnership drives our purpose, and we are grateful for the opportunities to serve you. To our carriers, your dedication keeps goods moving and shelves stocked. You are the backbone of this industry, and we deeply value your hard work. To our team, your commitment, innovation, and positive attitudes make every challenge an opportunity and every success a celebration. I couldn’t ask for a better group of people to work alongside. Gratitude is a cornerstone of strong relationships, and it’s at the heart of everything we do at Coach Logistics. Let’s carry that spirit of thankfulness into this season and beyond. Wishing everyone a Thanksgiving filled with warmth, connection, and joy. 🦃🍁 #Thanksgiving #Gratitude #LogisticsLife #Teamwork

In honor of Thanksgiving week, we thought we’d draw some comparisons between two seemingly unrelated topics: Thanksgiving and Collections. They are more alike than you'd think! 🍂 Thanksgiving is all about gratitude, sharing, and keeping promises (like not forgetting the pumpkin pie 🍰). That’s what commercial collections are about too! 🦃 Just like we give thanks around the table, collections ensure you get the appreciation you deserve for your hard work. 🦃 The holiday season is about supporting each other, and timely payments keep businesses thriving together. 🦃No one wants to be the one who promised to bring the pie but didn’t deliver. Keeping promises matters, whether it’s at Thanksgiving dinner or in business agreements. As we head into the holiday season, let’s celebrate accountability and the relationships that keep us all moving forward. 🍂

Practicing gratitude is a really powerful tool to master in your business 😍 The way I like to look at it is that nothing we have is permanent, and it could change in an instant. Gratitude allows us to appreciate all the good in our lives. The big and the little things. So I'd love to know, what are you grateful for this week? Let me know in the comments below 🥰

A couple of days before Thanksgiving and I’m thinking, "Do I really know how to be thankful?" I mean, I know that I'm fortunate compared to many others in this world. But sometimes it doesn't feel this way. I have to write strategic plans. I have to go to the meetings that people schedule on my Outlook calendar. I have to make sure employees are meeting their objectives. So let's stretch out our minds, open our hearts and learn what it really means to be thankful in light of our daily obligations. As adults, we spend a lot of time talking about all of the things that we have to do. You have to wake up early for work. You have to make another sales call for your business. You have to work out today. You have to write an article. You have to make dinner for your family. You have to go to your son's game. And on, and on, and on… Now, imagine changing just one word in the sentences above. You don't "have" to. You "get" to. You get to wake up early for work. You get to make another sales call for your business. You get to work out today. You get to write an article. You get to make dinner for your family. You get to go to your son's game. It's important to remind ourselves that the things we do each day are not burdens, they are opportunities. So often, the things we view as work are actually the reward. Embrace the constraints. Relish in the ability to work. Give thanks to the opportunities in your life. You don't have to. You get to! Happy Thanksgiving! -L

5 Business Tips I’ve Learned from Thanksgiving 👇 👇 👇 just kidding 🦃 To the founders: Thank you for trusting us. Seeing what you build is inspiring—‘inspiring’ doesn’t even seem to quite capture it. Founder stories are the best stories, and there’s no greater honor than being a small part of your journey. To the FE team: Thank you for your hard work, vision, and dedication to greatness. We wouldn’t be where we are today without each person who’s touched this business. Forever grateful. To family & friends: Thank you for the laughs, wisdom, support, and constant good times. You’ve been a grounding force through every challenge and triumph, reminding me of what truly matters. Thanksgiving is a very American thing, but the idea is something everyone (even a Brit) can get behind. A lot to be thankful for today.
