💡You might have heard about Angel investors and Venture capitalists if you're seeking funding for your startup, but do you know the difference between both? Both Angel investors and Venture capitalists provide funding to startups but there are some differences between them such as:- 📌Angel investors are individuals who invest in early-stage startups, usually in less established businesses while venture capitalists invest in companies that have completed one or more funding rounds and expect more return on their investment. 📌Angel investors typically make smaller first investments while venture capitalists invest more money in startups. 📌Angel investors usually invest their own money while venture capitalists may pool money from different investors and then invest along with their funds. Hello startups: Venture Capitalists or VC firms don't print money in their home. They have investors behind them too who are called LPs (Limited Partners). They (VC) are also accountable and answerable to their investors and tell them where they are investing their money. They can't just give you their money right away as you emailed/messaged them. It takes months and many times the deal never happens after commitment too. Hence, think thrice before jumping in. #startup #startups #venturecapital
