Hi Shannon, Thanks for the advice, I sent them an email today and I really hope that the can resolve this matter. Yesterday we spoke with the customer service escalations team and then informed us that the delivery date is late August, this is outrageous, the original order was made on May 3, 2024 and we where informed that we would receive the items by late May early June. The also told us since we order over the phone we can't track it until it is shipped from the warehouse via FedEx. I'm very very disappointed with the service and the staff answering your customer service line, telling me I just have to wait until August and there is no more they can do. Regards, Tonya Burke
Hi Shannon I made a purchase over the phone with your company and they are giving us the runaround and it extremely disappointing. Everyone state that we can't speak to anyone and they have escalated and someone will give us a call.

4moHi Shannon, I reached out to customer service and I'm still not getting anyway, but the runaround. Will you please help me out. I submitted an order with one of you sales agents at ZGallerie May 3, 2024. The order was made over the telephone due to you all not have a location in the Maryland area, Once the order was completed and paid for, we were given an expected delivery date of mid to late June, we tried to track out order and was unable to, so we contacted the company, and we were informed that tracking wasn't available at this time because we made the order over the phone, and they had to escalate this issue. I then reached out to Alexia at Karat Home, she informed us that the order was not all here and they date was pushed back to late August, but the offer to send the order in two shipments and I agreed to have my cocktail table delivered in which I was told it would be shipped out within a week.
