Quite a wild thing to say, ain't it? But, isn't it true? Everyone loves to listen to music and to dance to its very notes. Over the years, studying human psychology in hindsight, I'd love to coin a term: Rhythmic Resonance. This happens when one's emotional frequency is in tune with the music/song's frequency. The nature of the audio one listens to, the nature of the effect one's persona has. Think about it. Also, be sure to not feed on a lot of sad tunes my dear. :) #music #rhythm #yourakshaw

We’re all musical beings… Our body and brain respond to music. In mere moments of indulging in music, our innate responses kick in: We hum, sing, tap, clap, and dance along seamlessly. Researchers in Finland did an experiment to understand the connection between music and its impact on our brain. They recorded the brain responses of individuals listening to a piece of music while analyzing the musical content like the rhythmic, tonal and timbral components over time. The findings show that: ➡️ Music activates motor areas in your brain, linking music and movement. ➡️ Limbic brain regions react to rhythm and tonality, stirring up your emotions. ➡️ Timbre processing fires up your brain's default mode network, fueling creativity and mind wandering. #soundtherapy #music #oloapp #linkedin #brainhealth

In a world where trends rise and fall like waves, it’s easy to feel like just another voice in the crowd. The music industry, with its booming beats and flashy lights, can sometimes drown out the essence of what truly matters—your unique voice and the story it yearns to tell. Amidst this noise, remember that your voice is not just another sound. It carries the weight of your experiences, the depth of your emotions, and the power to connect with hearts and souls. Your story, with all its twists and turns, is the thread that weaves through the fabric of your music, making it resonate with authenticity. Yes, the industry may be loud, but it’s your voice, your story, that cuts through the clamor and speaks directly to those who need to hear it. Embrace the rawness of your truth, the vulnerability of your lyrics, and the passion in your melodies. Because in the end, it’s not about competing with the noise—it’s about standing out with the purity of your artistry. So, let your music be more than just a sound. Let it be a reflection of your soul, a beacon of light in the darkness, and a testament to the power of authenticity. Your voice matters. Your story matters. And in this symphony of life, it is the one worth listening to. #musicindustry #musicproducer #musicproduction #musicislife #musicians #djlife #djs #believeinyourself #positiveattitude #lovemusic #wakeupcall

#Music, especially in genres like country, blues, and rock, often links #alcohol with themes of #pain, loss, or hardship. This motif may resonate because it mirrors real-life coping mechanisms where people sometimes turn to substances like alcohol during tough times. The connection also creates a relatable narrative that can evoke strong emotions in listeners. For example, Garth Brooks's "Friends in Low Places" encapsulates this theme perfectly. The song tells a story of heartbreak and finding solace among friends and drinks in a low-key bar setting, resonating with many who have experienced similar situations. The use of alcohol in this context enhances the feeling of seeking a temporary escape from emotional pain. This pattern isn't unique to any one genre or era. It appears across different musical styles and historical periods, suggesting a universal, timeless theme within human experiences and artistic expressions. Why do you think this connection between alcohol and emotional distress is so prevalent in music?
