The Missing-Feature Fallacy A potential buyer can always point out an absent nice-to-have feature. In theory, this game can be infinite--until the machine can pick up your dry cleaning and restock the office fridge when caffeinated beverages run low. But the game usually changes when "it does not do enough" turns into "it does too much." #legalinnovation, #legaltech, Joe B., Jacob Beckerman, Ilona Logvinova, Jason Barnwell, LexFusion

Dive into this enlightening article shedding light on Trader Joe’s approach to small and growing CPG brands. As someone deeply invested in the food business, it's clear that fostering innovation is paramount to driving industry growth. Being an entrepreneur in the food sector is no easy feat, and it's disheartening to see opportunities for budding brands stifled rather than nurtured. Innovation thrives when businesses support and champion emerging talent, paving the way for a vibrant, diverse landscape. During my tenure at @WholeFoodsMarket, I witnessed firsthand the power of initiatives like the Local Producer Loan Program. This program didn't just provide financial support; it offered invaluable industry guidance, prioritizing innovation over profit margins. Let's give credit where it's due—while opinions may vary about Whole Foods, their commitment to reshaping the food landscape speaks volumes. It's time for all players in the industry to take a page from their playbook and champion the next generation of food innovators. #FoodIndustry #Innovation #Entrepreneurship #SupportLocal #cpginnovation

If these allegations are true, this is a large brand hit for Traitor Joe's. Pulled from an X post by Andrea Hernández at Snaxshot. Hopefully this behavior was an anomaly and someone is in an intense closed door meeting right now at Trader Joe's. https://lnkd.in/ePTZfHMQ

Crazy Idea №1353 In every country, you should place a Warning label on a bottle about how bad alcohol is. And I bet you can highlight words in these labels in a way, that this warning will look like a plain straight to the eyes advertising of alcohol, telling customers on how good it is. In my example, it is US label. I haven't found any laws that control highlighting words from a label. But still, if you were afraid that the goverment would go into the stores and would make you to remake the labels on a bottle, just make a highlighted warning sign in a kind of neck hanger for a bottle. Do not try this is at home. It is not a financial advice. Act responsibly. Do a little pranking. #freeideas #crazyideas #idea #alcohol
