We continue to build here at Yobi AI. This role is an opportunity to pioneer our customer success function from the ground up. Right candidate: -Will enjoy the challenge and have the right bias to action to come into a situation where the function does not exist and create the process, metrics, workflows to be successful. -Has excellent project management skills and can ensure smooth coordination between our technical teams, commercial teams, and customers/partners. -A ‘GSD’ person paired with ability to reflect about how it can be done better through automation, templates, new process, etc… -Understands digital ads, programmatic, DSPs, data flows, and measurement in the context of performance advertising. Yet is excited to learn about data’s role in powering Machine Learn and AI applications (inside and outside adtech).
