The best way to better grasp & assimilate a notion, a concept, a discipline is to work on Transmission
As part of its objective for effective communications and increased visibility, the Public Relations and Engagement (PURE) Department, conducted a two-day intensive training course for staff within the Organisation of Southern Cooperation #OSC on 18 and 19 April. The training, which is part of the OSC’s Institutional Learning Programme, is designed to empower staff with essential communication tools and protocols. Through interactive sessions and practical exercises, participants gained insights into how to craft impactful narratives, manage mainstream, brand guidelines, as well as how to maximise impact on social media platforms. As the OSC invests in its human capital through targeted capacity-building initiatives, it underscores its commitment to excellence and innovation, in an era defined by interconnectedness and rapid digitalisation. Communicating well in-house, and to external audiences is at the core of the OSC’s drive to achieve excellence Read more here: https://lnkd.in/dQyaW2t7

Insights from Eva Härter: what can Finland learn from the success of mediated multi-party process in the Netherlands? 🌍 We’ve been very lucky to have Eva working with us as an intern over the past four months. A student in the Global Project and Change Management program at the Windesheim Honours College in The Netherlands, Eva wrote her thesis during her stay at Akordi. Her research looked at Dutch examples of multi-party mediated processes (MPMPs). As these processes are well established in the Netherlands, the purpose of Eva’s research was to look at the Dutch case as an example that can inform the developing field of practice in Finland. By interviewing key Dutch actors, Eva aimed to discover the constituent parts of an institutional environment that encourages MPMPs to thrive and reach their potential, which may then be upscaled to match current environmental challenges. Learn more in a blog post with more details on Eva’s experience at Akordi! Link in comments.

Our project #Brand4Careers has just been awarded the #Erasmus+ #GoodPractice label and as the coordinator of the project, I'm proud of our consortium's hard work and dedication ✨ ➡ #Goodpractice is the label awarded by Erasmus+ National Agency to the projects that have been particularly well managed and can be a source of inspiration for others. Assessment takes into consideration the criteria of relevance of project results and objectives, quality of project management and impact and dissemination of project results. The project had a dual purpose: Firstly, to support career counselors in implementing "blended guidance" within online career management training, addressing the obstacles brought about by COVID-19. Secondly, to incorporate personal branding as an innovative approach in career management training, empowering job seekers to navigate their desired job market. You can visit the project's website: https://lnkd.in/dW4sVs9m #erasmusplus #ka220 #personalbranding
