#unpopularopinion: Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are double-edged swords. While they provide support and community for underrepresented groups, they can inadvertently create silos and reinforce differences. True inclusion means integrating diverse perspectives throughout the organization, not relegating them to separate groups. Let's focus on making the entire workplace a safe space for all, rather than creating isolated islands of diversity.
