So, our Food Safety Net Services (FSNS) Lab+ team went to work. The manufacturer wanted to challenge several aspects of the formulation for pathogen risk, so we custom-designed a protocol that challenged the formulation’s moisture, pH, salt levels, and other parameters. Our team handled everything from study design to implementation to results reporting. The result?
