That’s what helps you build real connections with customers and makes them think, 'This person actually understands me. At the core of curiosity is a commitment to lifelong learning. Salespeople who are curious are always looking for new knowledge, staying current with industry trends, and being open to different ideas. This curiosity is what truly sets them apart—at least until we develop AI that is also curious!

Unless you plan on selling your product to AI, then you should never ever ever use AI "research participants". The idea that we are trying to test our products on simulated people just blows my mind. AI has so many uses for customer research. From analysis, to planning, to even recruiting actual people, it has many capabilities to help you understand your customers better and faster. So called "AI Participants" isn't one of them. AI "participants" aren't real. They don't reflect the contexts, desires, quirks, life experience, goals, and expectations of real people because... ...AI has no contexts, desires, quirks, life experience, goals, and expectations. I'm not sure if there's any business leaders out there that are actually considering this, but please... from everyone who is actually experienced and knowledgeable in customer research (vs. someone who is trying to sell you on AI hype)...
