One by one, each person shares a secret they've been keeping, and the table falls into an unexpected silence. 🌟 “Don’t Let Tomorrow Steal Today!” 🌟 Picture this: you’re sitting around the family table after a long day on the farm, cuppa in hand ☕, and someone nervously asks, “So, what’s the plan for the farm in the future?” Cue awkward silence. 😬 Maybe Dad shrugs, Mum changes the subject, and everyone goes back to their tea. Sound familiar? You’re not alone. This is the scene I’ve heard described countless times by families just like yours. But here’s the thing: not having this conversation now is like waiting for the rain during a drought – the longer you leave it, the worse the cracks become. 🌾 A couple I worked with near Dubbo avoided the discussion for years. Their kids didn’t want to “rock the boat,” so they didn’t ask. By the time they reached out, there were misunderstandings, assumptions, and tensions bubbling under the surface. Thankfully, with one cup of tea, one honest conversation, and our 9-Step Process, we turned things around. Now, they’re looking forward to Christmas together – as mates, not adversaries. 🎄❤️ 💡 Here’s the truth: Opening up communication is easier than you think, and the payoff is priceless. Harmony. Certainty. A plan everyone understands and respects. 👉 I know these conversations are tough. But avoiding them? Tougher. Take that first step today – book a FREE 30-MINUTE CHAT with me, no strings attached, and we’ll break it down over a cuppa. 🎯 Start now, because the best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second-best time is today. 🌱 🔗 Click here to book now – your family’s future is worth it. 📩 Tag a mate or share this with someone who needs to stop putting off this important step. Let’s make this year the start of something extraordinary. 🌟 #FamilyHarmony #SuccessionPlanning #RuralFamilyLife #NoMoreProcrastination #BookACuppaChat

What’s holding your team back might not be what you think. Over the years, our CEO has seem teams struggle as small frictions pile up, eventually becoming heavy grudges. Forgiveness isn’t easy, but it’s a powerful way to shed that weight and rebuild trust. Let go of those grudges – watch how!

Sometimes a simple question can make all the difference. Today and every day, we need to check in with our friends, family, and loved ones and ask R U OK? A quick chat can mean the world, and a conversation might be exactly what someone needs. #RUOKDay #StartTheConversation #MentalHealthMatters

As we approach #Thanksgiving, the thought of discussing money matters with our loved ones can stir up all kinds of emotions. Those conversations can feel as tricky as trying to carve the perfect turkey—so delicate! But here's a little food for thought: being real and open about financial topics with your family and friends could actually strengthen your bonds in ways you might not expect. Sure, it might be tempting to dodge the money chat and stick to lighter topics like the weather or holiday recipes. However, embracing these conversations can lead to a deeper understanding and connection with those you care about. It's a chance to share values, learn from each other's experiences, and support one another across the generational divide. If you need more specific guidance on how to kickstart these conversations or navigate other tricky topics this holiday season, don't hesitate to reach out to me, Rachyll Tenny. Together, we can make this Thanksgiving one filled with unforgettable memories and stronger connections that last many lifetimes.

Just read a Scary Mommy piece that really hit home. The author talks about a folder in her Box of Important Things that she refuses to open. It's a guide to her parents' death—advance directives, do-not-resuscitate orders, financial forms, and wills. Whenever she touches that folder, her breath catches. She suppresses the panic about needing it someday. That small folder holds so much emotional weight. Despite her feelings, she’s relieved it exists. It's a gift to know everything important is in that folder. Her mom said, “Every day, I plan something to make your and your brothers’ lives easier after we go. It’s not morbid. I’m just breaking the cycle.” The author inherited the “life on a ferris wheel” trait from her grandparents—living without planning or stability. But now she realizes leaving a mess for her kids feels wrong. Her mom’s message shifted her perspective. Her parents’ experiences with death and dying have shaped their actions to give their children a better experience. That’s not morbid—that’s love. This story really resonated with me. I lost my mom to a tragic car accident when my son was very young, and my dad was in a coma and then needed ongoing care for the next 14 years. When the author mentioned living life on a ferris wheel, it hit close to home. I wish that folder had existed for me. My experience inspired me to create CBData, a PC based platform that consolidated personal information, and later Pinventory, a web-based version. I want my son to be fully prepared when my time comes, and I aim to help others achieve the same. #EndOfLifePlanning #FamilyLove #BreakTheCycle #PlanAhead #ScaryMommy #LifeOnAFerrisWheel #OrganizeYourLife #PeaceOfMind #CBData #Pinventory #Preparedness
