#Blackfriday sale! #Blackfriday sale! #Blackfriday sale! But what is the significance of Black friday? So I saw a video today and my curosity got its answer. Let me share with you guys. Black Friday is traditionally observed the day after Thanksgiving in the United States, which falls on the fourth Thursday of November. The origin of the name "Black Friday" stems from a historical accounting practice. In the past, businesses recorded their financial losses in red ink and their profits in black ink. The day after Thanksgiving became a turning point for retailers, as shoppers flocked to stores for massive sales, driving up profits. This surge in sales was so significant that businesses were able to move from "the red" (indicating losses) to "the black" (indicating profits), hence the name Black Friday. This was the story that I got to know today... if you know a different story or history behind it, do tell me in the comment section :) #Blackfridaysale #discount #friday #november #storytotell #shopkeepeers #America

Why is it called "Black Friday"? The term “Black Friday” started in the 1960s in Philadelphia,United States of America, describing the traffic and crowds caused by shoppers after Thanksgiving. Today, it’s known worldwide for huge discounts and shopping deals. The name also reflects a financial meaning: “being in the black” means making a profit, while “being in the red” means losses. For many businesses, Black Friday is the day they move into profitability, thanks to the shopping rush. More discounts = more sales. #CoreStaffing#Friday#HeavyDiscount#Sales

Have You Ever Wondered Why You Shop More on Black Friday? It’s not just the deals—it’s the psychology behind it! Here's how brands are using science to get you to hit that "buy" button: 1️⃣ Scarcity & Urgency: "Limited time only!" triggers FOMO, making you act fast. 2️⃣ Loss Aversion: Fear of missing out on a deal makes you buy even if you're unsure you need it. 3️⃣ Anchoring Effect: A higher original price makes that discount look like a bargain. 4️⃣ Social Proof: When everyone else is shopping, you feel like you should too. 5️⃣ Dopamine Boost: Getting a deal releases feel-good dopamine, making you want to keep shopping. 6️⃣ Bundling: "Save more when you buy more" tricks us into thinking we’re getting a great deal. Understanding these tactics helps you shop smarter this Black Friday. Don’t let the deals control your cart! 💡 Tip: Ask yourself, Do I really need this, or is the deal making me want it?" #BlackFriday #ConsumerPsychology #SmartShopping #ShopSmart #MarketingSecrets #FOMO #BlackFridayDeals

How are you feeling as Black Friday approaches? Excited for the deals, or stressed about spending? Before you dive into the frenzy, remember, not all Black Friday deals are as great as they seem. Retailers often inflate prices before the big day, so those “discounts” might not be as deep as you think. Ask yourself, “Do I really need this, or am I just caught up in the hype?” Shopping smart means researching prices ahead of time and sticking to your budget. Don’t let flashy ads fool you into spending more than you should! A deal isn’t really a deal if you didn’t need the item in the first place! Shop smart, not impulsively. #SmartShopping #BlackFriday #SpendWisely #FinancialFreedom
