I am thinking a lot about maps these days: how we create them, how they represent certain ideas and legacies. How by creating our own visual maps we can reclaim our power, through creative visualisation and imagination. How deeper visions in mapping, creating maps and presenting them amongst our communities can also reconnect us with the land, nature. "Disturbing The Peace" An audiovisual reflection on how life is flowing along but there always are those disturbances, buffeting us around... -------------------------------- After working in VVVV exclusively for several months, I wanted to get back into Tooll3 which is currently developing very nicely. I created a custom HLSL compute shader for the particle simulation so it includes smoothly interpolated fractal octaves for more detail. This animation goes from 1 octave up to 9, for an almost smokelike effect.
