Gone are the days of forced separation between our “real” self and our “work” self. There was a time in my career where I thought ‘work Nikki’ and ‘personal Nikki’ never should meet. I worked so hard to maintain the separation. Don’t be too sensitive, don’t show emotion, don’t show fear, keep the flaws hidden, don’t make it personal, don’t talk about your kids too much - just to a name a few of the crazy internal mantras. I’m sure I’m not the only one who did this. Thankfully, that’s a thing of the past. Every business on the planet today is a ‘people’ business. Authenticity and human first leadership are the only way to win in a people business. And I’m here for it. And for you, too. We are all so much more than our professional headshots. How are you showing up authentically and helping others do the same? #leadership #inclusion #humanfirst

5 Ways Leading Authentically As A Woman Will Affect Your Leadership 💁♀️ 1. Vulnerability, not Victimhood When you, as a leader, open up your heart and mind, and stop caring about what people think, you become a great leader. I'll never forget seeing former Prime Minister of New Zealand, Jacinda Ardern, address the UN National Assembly in 2018 with her newborn baby. You could not think of a more vulnerable position for a new mother to put herself in. But her speech—which was already compelling—was even more powerful for bringing the context of her new motherhood to the world stage. 2. Connection is Queen. In traditional work environments (read: masculine), relationships often feel transactional. You do something for someone, and they “owe” you. However, when you lead with connection, you engage in deeper conversations about career vision, values, and life goals. This not only makes the work environment more inclusive but also more productive. People want to feel human at work, and connection is the key to that. As a female leader, I have learned that there are tangible and intangible forces that can influence our path to success. As we celebrate our strengths today, I wanted to share five of my key learnings I remind myself of constantly. 1. You don't have to play like a man to be a strong woman. 2. Vulnerability is a strength. 3. Showing emotion is a strength. 4. You are not imagining it. 5. You are not alone. Being a strong leader is not about conforming to predicated stereotypes or suppressing who you are. It's about standing in your truth and leading with authenticity as we each navigate our unique paths. #femaleleadership #authenticity #support #strength #bethechange

Feminine Leadership. What are the foundational pillars one might ask? #inituition ✨ Every woman has an innate strength in her gut. It’s her mind, the past unhealed experiences and the noise of information overload that makes her doubt herself. Intuition is the foundational strength of a feminine leader – BUT one must know how to decipher whether her brain, heart or inner guidance is leading her. THAT’S the work - not necessarily an easy thing - but the task of knowing which part of her is leading – Fear? Wounded heart? Or inner wisdom? We invite you to clock aside 3 minutes today to PAUSE, BREATHE & RECCONECT to your divine inner wisdom 🕊 #feminineleadership #womenleaders #womeninbusiness #TLZ #womenempowerment #intuition More on this in our upcoming workshops 🧡

Happy International Men’s Day! To the men who are visionary leaders. To the men who are supportive mentors. To the men who are dedicated colleagues. To the men who feel their contributions go unnoticed. To the men who show up, lead, and inspire every single day. To the men who champion equality in the workplace. To the men who build and protect their teams like family. To the men who juggle responsibilities and wear multiple hats effortlessly. How many businesses even acknowledge this day? I’m guessing not many—and that’s no shock. Do industry leaders spotlight it? Rarely. Do brands make a big deal out of it? Not really. Do corporate pages celebrate it? Hardly ever. Why? Because you can’t capture the full impact of men’s contributions in a single day. Their leadership, innovation, and resilience drive businesses forward every day. P.S. Here's a shoutout to all the men in business who go above and beyond to create success stories. Let's keep recognizing your efforts—not just today, but every day. #MensDay #CelebrateLeadership #BusinessDriven #RedefineSuccess #RecognizingContributions
