Monday Motivation!!! Hello!!! We are gradually closing up again on the month of August. I just heard someone say where did all the time go? Well, as it is said time waits for no man. You have to be able to figure it out and apply your thoughts to actions and bring out something meaningful. If you feel you are lagging in some areas, don't feel alone, any time you have such thoughts know you are not alone but dont stay there. Move on by trying to realign. In the just concluded Olympics game runners fall down and dont stay down, they get up and finish strong without minding who won. You too adopt that style and close up gaps, here you are not in competition with anyone. I am rooting for you. Do leave a comment in the comment section. #MondayMotivation #ProgressOverPerfection #GetBackUp #FinishStrong #MotivationMonday #Inspiration #Productivity #SuccessMindset"

Hello beautiful people 🥰 Here’s to #motivationmonday 💪🏽🙏🏽 If you’re feeling like you’re stuck in the middle of a race with no finish line in sight, take a look at this picture and let it inspire you. The caption says ‘run’, and that’s exactly what you need to do - keep running despite the struggles and obstacles that come your way this week . The most important thing is not how fast you finish, but how you finish. Take a leap of faith and keep pushing forward, knowing that you have the strength and determination to reach the end. You haven’t finished yet, so keep going and remember that you’ve got this 🥰. This week is full of opportunities for you to shine, so lace up your shoes and run your race with all you’ve got. Remember, the only way to fail is to give up, so keep pushing forward and never look back. You can do this! Have a blessed week all 🥰🙏🏽🥰 #keepgoing #moveforward #empowerment #encouragement #yougotthis #dontquit #endgoal

#MondayMotivation First, watch the above 1-minute video) What did you observe? The kids struggled to replicate their trainer’s stunt until one of them got it right, and boom, all others started getting it right. Do you remember the 10-second barrier in athletics? The 10-second mark had been widely considered an impossibility for the 100 metres in men's sprinting until the first man, Jim Hines broke it at high altitude with automatic timing of 9.9 seconds at the 1968 Summer Olympics. Some later tried to excuse the feat on the ground of the race being at a high altitude, which aids performance due to lower air resistance. Again, boom, Carl Lewis on May 14, 1983 at the Modesto Relays broke the ten seconds at low altitude under electronic timing, with 9.97 seconds. Since these 2 record-shattering feats, over 180 sprinters have run faster than 10 seconds at both high and low altitude. The psychological term for this phenomenon is called "social proof". It refers to the tendency for people to be influenced by the relatable successes of others, leading to the removal of self-limiting beliefs, impossibility mindset and increased motivation. What lofty goal do you desire to achieve this new week? Find someone around you that has achieved a similar or related succesful outcome and consume the story to break every limiting belief and impossibility mindset stopping you. It’s another opportunity to author a chapter in your potential bestselling & chart-bursting life movie - wake up, rise up & show up with all the powers in you (excluding the ‘Abido shakers and indaboskis.’ LOL). Your dream is valid & you deserve it. Good morning. You are unstoppable! Dr Osaz
