Follow these simple steps to create your own garbage truck Halloween Costume. 1. Gather two boxes - One large enough to fit inside and a smaller one to be the truck’s cab. 2. Cut out the top and bottom of the larger box. 3. Paint the larger box blue and the smaller white. You can also wrap them in colored paper. 4. Draw windows and lights.
