So I'm here with Chad Pancake. Chad's an old friend. It's been in similar industries as I have over the years in Nashville. He runs Affinity Search Partners. Recently he came to me and said, hey, can we do some coaching together? I want to talk to you about a couple of things going on in our business. And so I said, sure, let's do it. So I wanted to ask you, Chad, is there anything that you had from a take away perspective of our coaching sessions? Yeah. So first is different ideas on what we can do as a business to be successful and build out sustainable revenue. The second is just accountability on. Moving forward to build different revenue streams and different revenue models for our business. So, you know, a lot of times you can get stuck in a rut as a business owner and do the same things that you've done, but that's not going to get you where you need to go. And so Jonathan has been great to work with just to hold me accountable to do the things that I know. Need to get done and the things that are going to make our business successful. That's right. So. I think you're right. I think accountability is huge. It gets lonely where you are just having that second pair of eyes to think through it and then having creative ideas so that you can not only stay accountable to move things forward, but have new things to do when you're moving forward. And that's going to carry your business forward. I know the great good to great success in new heights. Thank you, man. I would say also just having someone else to talk about, you know, hard things that maybe you can't talk about with everyone. In in your life or in your friend circle that truly understands where you're coming from. Yeah. Has been very helpful. Well, it also I would say this you've you've called me about hard things, but you also called me about things you're extremely pumped up about exciting. So highs and lows that you could share with the business coach that sometimes will not land as well on other people's years. That's right. Yeah. Cool. Thank you. Thank you.
