Really great to be a part of this. Digital is already embedded in our health system, but the future benefits will likely focus on Capacity & Quality. 👉Capacity: Digital may support care navigation and ensure patients are seen by the right person, in the right way, first time. It will enable us to replace our legacy clinical pathways, with patient centric, digitally enabled ones. And through RPA may reduce our administrative burden and improve job satisfaction for our staff. 👉Quality: Digital can help us identify patients in need of proactive care to reduce the risk of deterioration. It may enable new digital therapeutics that improve patient access to care and outcomes. The future is bright! 💡💡

We are proud to be the largest digital health community where clinicians represent over 22% of our audience. It´s a meeting point where clinicians embrace innovation and where clinical and technical partners speak the same language. Now that is radical! #radicalhealth #clinicians #healthtransformation

Day 2 of the Meeting of the Minds is underway, marking a significant moment for our WHO Office on Quality of Care and Patient Safety as we are launching: 📢 our new WHO/Europe report on quality of care and patient safety across the WHO European Region, based on data from all 53 member states. And what do key findings from the first regional report reveal? 🔺 Health systems face unprecedented challenges – they need to regenerate to meet evolving population needs. 🔺 Only 32% of countries in the Region have national plans for quality of care. 🔺 Only 32% of countries in the Region have a national action plan for patient safety. 🔺 Only 13% of countries in the Region have a mechanism for patient/public representation in national health governance. 🔺 Only 13% of countries in the Region have guidelines for quality and safety in telehealth. These gaps call for urgent action. Together, we can strengthen healthcare systems to ensure safe, quality care for all.
