I've never been able to answer "what do you do at Stellus Rx?" the same way twice. I usually provide a beginning, middle, and end like a story, but the beginning and middle often change as I try to find the best way to explain it all (I also turn into a human glossary due to the novelty of my area of pharmacy and get a bit excited with the details). A title and few bullet points just don't suffice when you want to encompass how technology and a unique blend of impactful interactions can improve healthcare outcomes. How we embed ourselves in patients' health journeys is truly unheard of. I'm always inclined to create and present a powerpoint to explain how, but our talented marketing group took care of that itch for me in the link below. Take a look to see how and why our Stellus Rx approach works! P.S. Make sure you have more than a few moments if you ask me about what I do at Stellus Rx. I just may decide to create that powerpoint one day.
Leading healthcare organizations—including agilon health, Baylor Scott & White Quality Alliance and Catalyst Senior Health Network—trust Stellus Rx for support with medication adherence. Together, we drive 5-Star performance in medication-related quality measures for Medicare Advantage contracts … more importantly, we drive improvement in patients' health. Learn more about the results we’ve seen here: https://lnkd.in/gkmBxh5a

Last week, Jose Delgado and I had a great discussion about the last-minute deal between Florida Blue and Baptist Health, showcasing just how intricate healthcare negotiations can be. With the deadline fast approaching, both sides were under significant pressure to reach a resolution that would affect thousands of patients. This new multi-year agreement guarantees continued access to critical services for many, but the negotiation process highlighted the delicate balance between financial considerations and ensuring patient care remains the top priority. Key insights included: ▪ Compliance’s Role: How clear guidelines helped both sides navigate complex terms. ▪ Minimizing Disruptions: Strategies for maintaining service continuity during high-stakes negotiations. ▪ Future Implications: Changes to Medicare Advantage and myBlue plans and what members can expect moving forward. 🚨 Missed this session?
