"Order Editing does not work," we keep hearing. But something's missing from this story: Yes, 99% of warehousing and order softwares, or ERPs, don't read updates to Shopify orders. Shopify stores with 1000s of daily Flow runs will like this: Recently, search in Flow was updated to let you search a run by resource ID. Previously, if you had an order from 7 days ago that triggered a Flow, you would need to scroll through thousands of runs in the Recent runs page. Now, you get the order ID from its admin URL and paste it in the search bar, in Recent runs. It will return all runs triggered by that order. Bonus: New templates were recently added to Flow. There are about 130 templates now. Some examples of useful ones: - Hide and republish products based on inventory level - Get notified about high risk orders before capturing payment - Organize customers by lifetime spend tiers - Send daily email summary with out of stock products - Email logistics team when orders need to be expedited - Track how often customers have gotten refunds in customer metafield To see them, click Create workflow then Browse templates. #shopify #shopifyplus #ecommerce
